The mission for the Business Development Representative (BDR) is to generate and qualify new business opportunities for our senior sales team. Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic, passion to be part of Advantage, and the drive to not only meet, but exceed, sales targets. Partnering with our Senior Sales Executives will give you the opportunity to develop and enhance expertise in managing the full sales cycle through a mentee/mentor relationship. Self-motivated individuals looking to build a solid foundation in professional sales are an ideal fit for this position. After success in this position for 18 months, you will have the opportunity for promotion and advancement in our sales organization.
