Marketing Coordinator

The mission for the Marketing Coordinator is to work with the Corporate Marketing team to help execute and manage activities that help the organization meet target revenue objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists Marketing Specialist with tracking product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data within SalesForce.
  • Assists in the development of marketing and advertising strategies based on quarterly sales objectives.
  • Assists with managing social media channels and content development.
  • Prepares marketing ROI reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Keeps promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with corporate marketing and member development; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
  • Stays up to date on the latest trends in our target verticals ensuring our advertising and marketing activities and messaging resonate with our target markets.
  • Plans meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing and email lists; collecting, analyzing and reporting post event metrics.
  • Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Accomplishes organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Assist with general office administrative duties as necessary.

Preferred Skills and Experiences:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing/communications or related field of study.
  • Skilled in management of social media platforms, along with developing content to help grow and maintain active social media outlets.
  • Experience organizing and managing events.
  • Passion for data and ability to analyze and derive and report results.
  • Computer proficiency in Excel and Word.
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM a plus.

Position is in our Charleston, SC headquarters. Team Members are eligible for benefits package after a 3-month review.
