The mission for the Concierge and Office Assistant is to receive guests and phone calls, organize office supplies, and catering orders. He or she will act as the initial contact for general communication and to take care of the necessary day-to-day tasks of the front desk and guest events. As a Concierge, the purpose is to coordinate day-long meetings between interdepartmental members of the team as well as clients.
